Grant Hammond’s eulogy for John Boyd.

At the time this was written, Dr. Hammond was the Director of the Center for Strategy and Technology at the Air War College. His biography of Boyd: The Mind of War, John Boyd and American Security, was published by the Smithsonian Institution Press in May 2001.
