This edition extensively revises the section on Behendigkeit, enhances “Leadership and Appreciation,” and does a lot of clean-up and wordsmithing.

Thanks Chet. Your video was so much better than your first version, I had given up reading it :). A real masterpiece, all of it, really. Congratulations on a superb performance. I am really looking forward to reading the next versions.
