Punxsutawney Phil Does It Again!

Spring is here, at least in Southern Louisiana.

Some pictures from Mandeville, which is right across Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans.

Many of the homes on the north shore were destroyed by Katrina in 2005. New construction has to be elevated, like this one.
